Do you struggle with sleep?

Castor oil has been used for medicinal and healing purposes for centuries. I personally enjoy using it to help with sleep.
 
Castor oil can help support the liver and lymph systems, which tend to work extra hard at night, impacting sleep. Wearing a castor oil pack to sleep can help take some of the stress off of these systems so they can calm down a bit at night. In my opinion, this is one of the best home supports you can do on a regular basis to support your body.

You can make your own castor oil packs, however, this is the castor oil pack that I use as it's much easier than making it myself and I don't have to worry about a mess. It is simple, cheap and very relaxing. The packs can be used daily. For best results, I recommend using it at least 4 consecutive days a week. The more consistent you are with them, the more benefit you will get over time.

Some claim that castor oil packs are great for soothing menstrual pain, while others claim they can increase blood flow. I personally recommend skipping the packs during that time of the month, but you can decide what is best for your body!
